She is known for balancing strategic insight with practical execution and for building trusted relationships at all levels of an organization, from front-line employees to senior executives.

Tanya serves as Director of Conference Development for the Calgary Total Rewards Network. The organization is currently planning its first-ever conference, which will bring Calgary’s total rewards community together in 2027 for professional development, connection, and the exchange of ideas.
